The “Missouri Laws Governing the Transfer of Real Property” class scheduled for April 29th at 1:00 p.m. is FULL. The next showing of this class is May 7th from 1-4pm. Anyone planning to attend the April 29th class as a walk-in should register for the May 21st class. Please contact the Education Department with any questions 314.275.7888. Thank you.

The St. Louis Association of REALTORS® Contracts and Forms Committee is proposing changes to the Residential Sale Contract. The proposed changes include a move to a "seller
chooses title" procedure with the buyer paying for
the lender's coverage and both parties closing with
the same title company.
