The Appraisal REALTOR® members of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® specialize in helping individuals and financial organizations with developing an opinion of market value. Our Appraisal REALTOR® members work with both residential and commercial property. They have access to the resources of the St. Louis Association of the REALTORS that include Mid America Regional Information System (MARIS), the regional multiple listing service. They also adhere to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. If your transaction requires the services of a professional appraiser, make sure your appraiser is a member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®.
