REALTORS PROPERTY RESOURCE (RPR)

This course will familiarize REALTORS® with real estate market research and valuation tools that will combine their specific experience and RPR data, including the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM). Applying RPR tools will allow clients to access real-time data and information to help them make informed decisions. REALTORS® that utilize RPR will maximize their effectiveness and save time pulling custom-branded, client-friendly reports.

This course is worth 3 hours of elective credits.

This new two-day course is an interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game. On Day 1, a full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be covered so negotiators can get effective results for their client. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing, but learning how to recognize them and using them effectively requires practice.
