MR’S Relief Foundation provides relief to those suffering from natural or manmade disasters that result in damages affecting the ability of owners of real estate to enjoy the fruits of ownership, affects the ability of REALTORS® to practice their trade or in any other way affects the usage, enjoyment or the effectiveness of real estate.

Build a Pocket Park Day

Want to leave a beautiful mark by helping us build a lovely park?
Join us for Build-a-Pocket-Park Day, Wednesday, May 24!
Forty volunteers needed!

We are partnering with Rebuilding Together St. Louis to create a sustainable, serene and family-friendly green space in the Old North neighborhood. Not only will you have a wonderful time building and bonding with your fellow St. Louis REALTORS®, you’ll walk away knowing you made a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of residents AND the neighborhood, for many years to come!

Due to the specific nature of this build, volunteers must be a minimum of 18-years-old and must be able to lift 20 pounds or more. Lunch, a t-shirt and a ball cap will be provided; please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots.

30 Under 30 2017

On Wednesday, June 21, the Young Professionals Network (YPN) will be kicking off its 30 Under 30 Panel with a happy hour at a location TBD. Come mingle with a few of the 2017  30 Under 30 honorees and your fellow St. Louis REALTORS®!

On the following day, YPN will be hosting its annual 30 Under 30 Panel at St. Louis REALTORS® from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. 30 Under 30 honorees Lucy Feicht, Jessica Randolph, Melanie Stone and 2017 YPN Chair Krista Clark will discuss the strategies they’ve implemented to excel in the real estate industry (please see below for more information about our panelists). Lucy Feicht
St. Louis, Missouri

Lucy has been in real estate for five years, starting with recieving her sales person license in 2012, followed by opening Lou Realty Group in 2014. Lucy (also goes by Lou), is a native to St Louis & you can quickly tell she is very proud of her city. Her passion for STL is what makes Lucy so excited to sell real estate- she lives, works and plays in the neighborhoods she sells. She is fully engaged and committed to educating each of her clients through a real estate transaction, ensuring they are fully prepared to make a sound financial decision. You will typically find her dressed head-to-toe (literally) in Lou Realty gear. She even has shoes that brand LRG!

When she isn’t buying & selling real estate, She is typically headed to the Lake of the O’zarks with her sweet husband Billy and their 100lb Rottweiler Lucas. She is in her happy place when sharing a good laugh with friends and family, while trying out a new local restaurant.

Jessica Randolph
Nashville, Tennessee

Coming from a large Greek/Italian family, Jessica is known for her enthusiasm and love for people. Specializing in new construction and urban renovations, Jessica brings her passion for historic architecture in the mix to find homeowners their perfect fit. Blessed with over $41 million worth of real estate transactions in her first three years, Jessica focuses on the urban core of Nashville, TN.  Originally working as an interior designer for a home renovator, her experience in design and customer service brings a unique twist to her service. Jessica was the Chair of GNAR’s Young Professionals Network for 2015, and continues her service on the board. In 2015 Jessica won the  Rookie of the Year Award in both her association and her brokerage. Keeping the big picture in mind through every sale, Jessica’s story is a testimony to all young people in the real estate business to keep your head up and not let anyone look down on you for your age or lack of experience, but to give it your all and be a blessing to others in all situations.


Melanie Stone
Chicago, Illinois

Melanie Stone is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker and the girl behind Melanie Stone Chicago, or #MSC. Her business is built around first-time homebuyers. In 2015, she created and launched “So You Want to Buy a Condo.” Since then, she’s taught this course across the city at places like Uber, Grubhub, Deloitte and WeWork.

This spring, Melanie was named to REALTOR® Magazine’s national “30 Under 30” list. She became a member of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society in 2016, and, in 2015, she received her company’s “Rookie of the Year” award for the city region. In 2017, Melanie advanced to the board of directors for the Women’s Council of REALTOR® Chicago Chapter.


Krista Clark
Newton, Iowa

A licensed REALTOR® since 2007, Krista Clark specializes in multi-family and retail investment property. Krista was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2014 Honorees.

Passionate about networking and leadership, Krista has served in various capacities at the local, State, and National REALTOR® Associations. She served as President of her local association in 2012 and is currently serving as 2017 NAR YPN Chair. She is honored to serve on Elizabeth Mendenhall’s Enlarged Leadership Team as Liaison to Commercial and Business Specialties for the National Association of REALTORS® in 2018.

Krista’s belief is that communication is key. She understands that her livelihood depends on building and maintaining a network of prospective clients, and prides herself on creating and nurturing quality relationships, and many friendships, with her clients and peers.

Krista lives by the motto “Own YOU” and believes that being your authentic self is the best way to attract and retain clients.  She is known for her annual year-in-review holiday cards, her nighty Reese’s Blizzard runs & her unique doodles.
