Build a Pocket Park Day

Want to leave a beautiful mark by helping us build a lovely park?
Join us for Build-a-Pocket-Park Day, Wednesday, May 24!
Forty volunteers needed!

We are partnering with Rebuilding Together St. Louis to create a sustainable, serene and family-friendly green space in the Old North neighborhood. Not only will you have a wonderful time building and bonding with your fellow St. Louis REALTORS®, you’ll walk away knowing you made a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of residents AND the neighborhood, for many years to come!

Due to the specific nature of this build, volunteers must be a minimum of 18-years-old and must be able to lift 20 pounds or more. Lunch, a t-shirt and a ball cap will be provided; please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots.

30 Under 30 2017

On Wednesday, June 21, the Young Professionals Network (YPN) will be kicking off its 30 Under 30 Panel with a happy hour at a location TBD. Come mingle with a few of the 2017  30 Under 30 honorees and your fellow St. Louis REALTORS®!

On the following day, YPN will be hosting its annual 30 Under 30 Panel at St. Louis REALTORS® from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. 30 Under 30 honorees Lucy Feicht, Jessica Randolph and TBD  will discuss the strategies they’ve implemented to excel in the real estate industry (please see below for more information about our panelists). Lunch will be served prior to the discussion. Must register by Wednesday, June 21. This event is only open to REALTORS® and sponsors (please click here for sponsorship opportunities).

Lucy Fecht

Lucy has been in real estate for 5 years- starting with recieving her sales person license in 2012, followed by opening Lou Realty Group in 2014. Lucy (Also goes by Lou), is a native to St Louis & you will quickly tell she is very proud of her city. Her passion for STL is what makes Lucy so excited to sell real estate- she lives, works and plays in the neighborhoods she sells. She is fully engaged and committed to educating each of her clients through a real estate transaction, ensuring they are fully prepared to make a sound financial decision. Jessica Randolph
Nashville, Tennessee

Coming from a large Greek/Italian family, Jessica is known for her enthusiasm and love for people. Specializing in new construction & urban renovations, Jessica brings her passion for historic architecture in the mix to find homeowners their perfect fit. Blessed with over $41 million worth of real estate transactions in her first 3 years, Jessica focuses on the urban core of Nashville, TN. Originally working as an interior designer for a home renovator, her experience in design and customer service brings a unique twist to her service. Jessica was the Chair of GNAR’s Young Professionals Network for 2015 and continues her service on the board. In 2015 Jessica won the Rookie of the Year Award in both her association and her brokerage. Keeping the big picture in mind through every sale, Jessica’s story is a testimony to all young people in the real estate business to keep your head up and not let anyone look down on you for your age or lack of experience, but to give it your all and be a blessing to others in all situations.

Closed to New Member on-boarding and SUPRA-Key March 14

The St. Louis REALTORS® will be closed to new member on-boarding and SUPRA key issuances from 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 14 until Wednesday, March 15 at 3 p.m. due to a membership data system upgrade.  We ask that you please make your agents, especially new agents, aware of this.

IMPORTANT: During this time we will be unable to on-board new agents or issue new SUPRA keys or upgrades. The REALTOR® Shoppe will still be open and we can still assist with basic SUPRA troubleshooting and  SUPRA update codes.

If you have any questions about this situation please contact the association membership department at 314-576-0033 or Also please note our online registration for classes, events and dues payments through our web site will also be unavailable during this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we are certain the new membership data system will be an upgrade in service to our members and provide enhanced productivity for the staff.
