Join St. Louis REALTORS® at the Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation for the next Urban Affairs meeting. The event will include a half hour presentation and half hour Q&A with opportunities for networking. The Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation supports the area’s growth by promoting responsible development, affordable housing and diverse character and vibrancy in the neighborhoods surrounding Tower Grove Park. Through local development and community progress expertise, the Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation serves as a resource to neighborhood residents, buyers/renters, developers, real estate agents and business owners. Executive Director, Sean Spencer will be on hand to discuss elements of developing the Tower Grove neighborhoods, and assistance to the area such as rehab and lower income rentals, landlord training and tenant screening.
