Government Affairs

The Government Affairs Department collaborates with St. Louis City, St. Louis County and 88 municipalities on behalf of the members of St. Louis REALTORS®. We monitor local legislation and policies that impact private property rights and the ability to freely buy, sell and lease property as well as for the prosperity of our region. In addition, we staff several member committees and engage in education of the importance of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).

We are the REALTOR® Party. Now more than ever it is critical for REALTORS® to come together and speak with one voice about the stability a sound and dynamic real estate market brings to our communities. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, our elected officials are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of REALTORS® and their clients. The REALTOR® Party represents your interests.
