St. Louis Area Commercial Listing Platform is a Valuable Tool for You

With its subscriber base doubling over the past six months St. Louis Commercial Data Systems is extremely excited of Catylist’s upward growth as a valuable tool for commercial real estate professionals in our marketplace. STLCDS is committed to providing an affordable commercial real estate database for the St. Louis region that also keeps our data market competitive. If you are not currently a subscriber you may be missing out on an important resource. Following are a few facts about the system that you may not know:

  • We have seen a large increase in Needs & Haves entries in the Catylist Needs & Haves database since St. Louis REALTORS® Broadcast Email System ceased operations on December 31.
  • Administrators and support staff have free access to manage listings and can distribute email blasts, create market surveys and maintain active inventory of closed transactions. Listings can be submitted and maintained without a subscription or fee!
  • In 2019, Catylist is launching Commercial Exchange, a free-to-search commercial real estate online marketplace. All STLCDS Catylist Member Network listings will be automatically elevated to Commercial Exchange, catapulting your listings to public national exposure. Investors, business owners, tenants, facility managers and developers will now have access to search STLCDS listing inventory and inquire directly on details about your For Sale or For Lease opportunities.

We’d like to hear from current subscribers. What has your experience been with St. Louis Commercial Data Systems (STLCDS) and the Catylist platform? Is the listing information accurate and the fees reasonably priced?
