In our Urban Affairs Forum on June 9, 2021, St. Louis REALTORS® welcomed the following special guests to discuss building in North St. Louis City.

• Michael Woods, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Dream Builders 4 Equity
• Dr. David Lenihan, President and CEO of Ponce Health Sciences University
• David Berczek with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) 

The forum discussed the building of a medical school campus that targets medical training and education of low-income and minority individuals in the field. At the same time, NGA is building a new agency campus set to open in 2025. 

Moreover, Dream Builders 4 Equity discussed shaping young minds through a robust youth and minority work program building homes, participating in rehabbing projects, and neighborhood cleanup.
