Multiple Listing Services (MARIS)

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a tool to help listing brokers find cooperative brokers working with buyers to help sell their clients' homes. It also provides tools to help market listings to serve buyer and seller clients better. MLSs are a powerful force for competition.

To learn more about the benefits of the MLS, visit competition.realtor. Membership with a REALTOR® association is required to purchase MLS services.

 

 Subscriber Fees

  • Quarterly Subscription | $120
  • Application Fee | $50
  • Waiver Fee | $75 upon application, $25 annually thereafter

Participation Fees

  • Register new Participant/brokerage | $250
  • Change assigned Participant with no change in ownership | $100
  • Change MLS Office ID | $100
  • Change brokerage name without office license number change | $100
  • Change brokerage name with license number change | $250

Participation Agreement must be completed for any registration change. There is no fee for registering an additional office for an existing Participant.

Assistant Access

  • Unlicensed or *licensed office assistant | $100 annually
  • Unlicensed or *licensed personal assistant | $125 upon application, $100 annually thereafter

*Licensed assistants must also be on Waiver | $75 upon application, $25 annually thereafter

Other Fees

  • Change Agent ID | $50
  • Inspector ShowingTime Access | $120 annually

A Participant or Subscriber is considered new after more than 30 days without service.

MARIS Support provides technology assistance for Matrix, Realist, ShowingTime, and other products offered through the MLS. Tech Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 314-984-9111.

MARIS Billing assists with billing issues and questions.

St. Louis REALTORS® membership team provides enrollment services for MARIS, including new applications and changes to membership registration.
