The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a tool to help listing brokers find cooperative brokers working with buyers to help sell their clients' homes. It also provides tools to help market listings to serve buyer and seller clients better. MLSs are a powerful force for competition.

Participation Agreement must be completed for any registration change. There is no fee for registering an additional office for an existing Participant.
*Licensed assistants must also be on Waiver | $75 upon application, $25 annually thereafter
A Participant or Subscriber is considered new after more than 30 days without service.
MARIS Support provides technology assistance for Matrix, Realist, ShowingTime, and other products offered through the MLS. Tech Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. or Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 314-984-9111.

St. Louis REALTORS® membership team provides enrollment services for MARIS, including new applications and changes to membership registration.
