Start your leadership journey with St. Louis REALTORS®’ Leadership Academy. We’ll help you develop skills to be a leader in your community, Association, and profession through communication, knowledge, relationship building, and hands-on activities.

To be eligible for Leadership Academy, you must be:

• A REALTOR® member in good standing for at least three years.
• Committed to the entire process by giving full participation to the tasks and curriculum in this nine-month course.
