At the latest St. Louis REALTORS® Urban Affairs Forum held on November 17, 2021, we welcomed Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD)  to address solutions to stormwater problems that affect homeowners and REALTORS® selling impacted properties. 

Assistant Director of Engineering Bruce Litszinger, who leads the Program Planning and Stormwater groups, presented current problems such as flooding and erosion threatening properties across the region. Sean Hadley, Public Affairs Manager at MSD, explained the difference between the stormwater and wastewater systems and identified why these topics are a timely concern.
