St. Louis REALTORS® Hire Crawford-Randle as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager

ST. LOUIS, MO (March 28, 2022) – St. Louis REALTORS® welcomes Felicia Crawford-Randle as its first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager. In this newly created role, Crawford-Randle will lead the association’s efforts in developing and executing the association’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and initiatives. 

The decision to add this new staff position was one of a number of recommendations that came forward from a special Diversity and Inclusion Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) in 2021.

The DEI Manager will take over the management of ongoing diversity initiatives as well as new initiatives identified by the PAG. Included will be the development, implementation, and promotion of proactive and integrative policies, strategies, and practices that lead to a more inclusive association culture and strengthening relationships with community stakeholders. In addition, the DEI Manager will support the association’s staff and membership to ensure that the association’s programming, outreach, and engagements reflect its DEI objectives.

Prior to joining the association, Crawford-Randle worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. While there, she worked in the following capacities:  Governmental Affairs, Consumer Protection, and Financial Services. Crawford-Randle previously worked in private practice and as a judicial law clerk prior to that. She also served in the United States Army Reserve.

As an advocate for underserved communities, Crawford-Randle has extensive experience. She worked as a Community Support Worker at Queen of Peace Center/CSTAR and later volunteered as a board member of the organization. 

Crawford-Randle holds a Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University, a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, and is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and California. 

Crawford-Randle will begin her duties on April 18, 2022.
