St. Louis REALTORS® is actively seeking mentor and mentee volunteers for the 2024 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Spire Program, designed and developed to drive inclusivity in the real estate industry.
The NAR and St. Louis REALTORS® are proud to present the NAR Spire program—a mentorship opportunity specifically targeting multi-cultural, minority communities toward building bridges within the real estate community. NAR Spire was created to help individuals learn the fundamentals of the real estate industry, foster education, empower serious consideration of real estate as a career path, and encourage and promote the development of generational wealth through property ownership.
General Information:
- Applications for mentors and mentees are due by June 20, 2024.
- Starting with a mandatory kick-off meeting, the program will take place from July to October 2024 and include education sessions, virtual events, and more.
- Adults age 18+ from all ethnicities/backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- The mentor-mentee relationship will begin once they’re informed about their partner and have met with the Program Coordinator, who will give instructions. Each party will work together to discuss and develop expectations, set objectives, coordinate schedules, and complete a formal Mentoring Agreement (to be provided to the Program Coordinator).
- The NAR Spire program is not for recruiting individuals but for providing educational and training opportunities to understand the real estate field better.
