
In collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS® Relief Foundation, Missouri REALTORS® and six local boards and associations—Franklin County Board of REALTORS®, Mineral Area Association of REALTORS®, Pulaski County Board of REALTORS®, Southern Gateway Association of REALTORS®, St. Charles REALTORS®, and St. Louis REALTORS®—are proud to make up to $100,000 in funds available to Missourians impacted by storms that swept across the state, which caused flash flooding on Nov. 4-5, 2024.
The disaster relief grant program offers financial assistance to qualified applicants towards one of the following options:
- One month's mortgage expense for the occupied primary residence that was damaged by the Disaster;
- Temporary rental cost due to displacement from the occupied primary residence resulting from the Disaster;
- Or, Reimbursement of paid hotel expenses due to displacement from the occupied primary residence resulting from the Disaster.
Grants are limited to a maximum of $1,000 per household. Deadline for grant submission is January 31, 2025. Please note this is for housing assistance only; other expenses are ineligible for reimbursement under this program. Additional details are available on the application.
To provide for a reasonable and equitable distribution of grant funds, assistance will be provided on a first come, first served basis. All grants are contingent upon the availability of funds provided by the National Association of REALTORS® Relief Foundation for this initiative, or additional funds as may be approved by the Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation. If approved, grants will be payable to the applicant directly via check. We are unable to provide funds via online apps or with cash. Turnaround time on applications may take 3-4 weeks. Please review the application for the required documentation and supply all required information at the time of submission. Individuals that do not, will significantly increase the time it takes to process the application and disburse funds.
