As we head into the summer months, I want to take a moment to thank all of you who have stepped forward to serve; whether on a committee, in an advisory group, or as part of our elected leadership. Your involvement keeps St. Louis REALTORS® strong, relevant, and responsive to the needs of our industry. When you engage, we grow—not just as an Association but as a professional community.

This month, we’re excited to share several meaningful opportunities for you to connect, grow, and lead in the coming days.

We invite you to attend our forum, The Leader’s Journey: Taking Your Place at the Table, on June 11. This is a great opportunity for members interested in pursuing elected leadership roles to gain insight into the responsibilities of directors and officers, learn about the election process, and hear personal stories from members who have taken that step. If you've ever thought about running for office—or want to understand better how decisions are made—this is the perfect place to start.

Key dates to remember if you're considering filing for office:

• June 18: The self-filing period opens
• July 3 (5 p.m.): The self-filing period closes
• July 30: Election opens
• August 20 (Noon): Election closes
• August 27: Post-Election Annual Meeting

Looking for another way to grow your leadership skills? Join us on June 25 for our Lead the Way: Leadership Academy Luncheon. This luncheon will feature insights from past Academy participants and Association leadership about the impact of the Academy on their personal and professional growth. Our luncheon is also a great networking opportunity for anyone considering applying for the next class. Watch for registration details.

Don’t miss our always-popular RPAC Auction Dinner, an evening of fun, food, and fierce (but friendly!) bidding—all in support of protecting our industry. Your participation directly supports advocacy efforts that ensure the voice of REALTORS® remains strong at every level of government.

Lastly, mark your calendar for July 1, when volunteer sign-ups officially open. Whether you’re brand new to the Association or have been involved for years, there’s a place for you. Your perspective and passion can make a real difference for our organization, your career, and our community.
