Columbia, Missouri – Bob Bax of St. Louis, Missouri, has been named recipient of the Missouri REALTORS® 2025 Richard A. Mendenhall Award.
Richard A. Mendenhall, a past president of Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, has been a role model for REALTORS® at the local, state, and national levels throughout his entire career. This award recognizes an individual who, through career-long contributions, exemplifies Richard’s leadership skills, commitment to service, and enthusiastic “spirit”.
Bax received this award on Wednesday, September 24 during the Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.
Bob Bax is a seasoned real estate professional whose career began in 1988 as a licensed sales agent. He went on to serve as a broker and manager for Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Gundaker, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for over three decades. As co-owner of BHHS Alliance and Alliance Title Group, he oversaw multiple offices, hundreds of agents, and staff. His leadership continued as general manager of BHHS Alliance until his transition out of management in 2024.
Bob’s impact extends far beyond brokerage. He has held key roles with MARIS, St. Louis REALTORS®, Missouri REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, including serving as president, chairperson, director, and trustee across numerous committees. His accolades include Missouri REALTOR® of the Year, the Papin Lifetime Achievement Award, and induction into the RPAC Hall of Fame. Bob’s dedication to professional standards, advocacy, and community service has made him a respected voice in the industry.
