Matthew Becker Named 2025 Recipient of Missouri REALTORS® R. Layne Morrill Award

Columbia, Missouri – Matthew Becker of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, has been named recipient of the Missouri REALTORS® 2025 R. Layne Morrill Award.

R. Layne Morrill, a past president of Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, was active in politics at the local, state, and national levels throughout his entire career as a REALTOR®. This award recognizes an individual who, through career-long political involvement, has significantly advanced the legislative agenda of REALTORS® in Missouri.

Becker received this award on Wednesday, September 24 during the Missouri REALTORS® Fall Business Conference.

Matthew Becker has demonstrated consistent involvement in REALTOR® advocacy at the local, state, and national levels. He has served as President of his local PAC and chaired the Missouri REALTORS® RPAC Trustees, contributing to key legislative efforts and grassroots campaigns. His roles have included State Political Coordinator and Missouri’s 2025 NAR RPAC Participation Council Representative, reflecting a steady presence in political engagement within the industry.

Matthew is a RPAC Hall of Fame Member, Golden R Major Investor, and President’s Circle Member. His leadership in the Missourians for Fair Governance campaign and participation in various committee appointments have supported efforts to protect private property rights and promote homeownership. Through these contributions, Matthew has helped advance REALTOR® priorities and maintain strong relationships with policymakers.
