Capitol Update: REALTOR® Immunity Bill Now in Effect

Order Your St. Louis County Inspections Early

We’re at the peak of the selling season for St. Louis County inspections. The current wait time for an occupancy inspection can be as high as four to six weeks. I know it has been a problem for REALTORS® to get inspections in unincorporated St. Louis County and this can impact closings if you are not proactive. This could be the difference between closing and not closing.
