Affiliate Membership

(Affiliate, Unlicensed Assistant, or Administrative Staff)

Affiliate membership is for individuals who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as licensed real estate agents or appraisers, have interests requiring information concerning real estate and support the Association's objectives.

Membership Classifications:

Affiliate – Unlicensed industry professionals not qualified for SUPRA eKEY® access, such as lenders, law firms, home warranty providers, and title agents.
Key Holder Affiliate – Unlicensed industry professionals who qualify for SUPRA eKEY access, such as photographers, stagers, home inspectors, assistants, or brokerage administrative staff.

As a member of St. Louis REALTORS®, you’ll:

Build your business by networking with real estate professionals at Association events.
Make connections with other real estate service providers by engaging in our Affiliate Council.
Become an advocate for consumer property rights and local, state, and national legislation that supports the real estate industry.
Stay informed through member-exclusive email communications.
Gain internet exposure to consumers and real estate professionals searching for your services through St. Louis REALTORS®' Affiliate Directory.
Have access to exclusive sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities featured in our sponsorship program.

Note: Due to our Association privacy policy, St. Louis REALTORS® does not share member contact information with other members or outside parties—as such, provided contact information is not a membership benefit. Affiliate members looking to gain member contact information to support their businesses are encouraged to attend our many events, meetings, and programs to network organically with our members. Additionally, if an affiliate member participates as an exhibitor or sponsor of an event, meeting, or program, they are welcome to collect business cards at their respective table/booth.

Requirements to become a member:

Affiliate members requesting SUPRA eKEY® access must pass a criminal background check.
Meet all other requirements as specified in the membership application.
For those applicants requesting Supra eKEY® access, completion of the eKEY Responsible Member Acknowledgement by the company owner, office manager, Designated REALTOR®, or Team Lead.

Special Note: Licensed real estate agents whose licenses are affiliated with referral companies do not qualify for affiliate membership because they are licensed. Licensed individuals that need association services should be affiliated with a REALTOR® firm and apply for REALTOR® membership.

Special Note II: Membership is not transferrable to other individuals. If an employee leaves a company, the replacement employee will need to reapply for membership and pay all applicable fees.
