St. Louis Commercial REALTORS® offer its members the opportunity to obtain full-tuition scholarships valued up to $2,299 each to attend in-person courses hosted locally by the St. Louis CCIM Chapter. One scholarship is available for the spring course, usually a CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104 course, and one scholarship for the fall CI 101 course. What is CCIM? 

The National Association of REALTORS® Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation is the global standard for professional achievement in commercial real estate, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. Application Qualifications

  1. Membership with St. Louis Commercial REALTORS® is required to apply. Membership with the CCIM Institute or the St. Louis CCIM Chapter is not required.
  2. The ideal recipient should exemplify professional standards set out by the National Association of REALTORS® and CCIM Institute, and demonstrate a commitment to a career in commercial real estate.
  3. Scholarships must be used toward tuition for the current year St. Louis CCIM Chapter in-person courses and cannot be applied retroactively to a course already taken, nor is a scholarship redeemable for cash.
  4. Each recipient is responsible for full payment of course tuition to CCIM Institute. Recipients are reimbursed the scholarship amount after successfully completing the course and passing the required testing.
  5. Failing the course and/or tests renders the scholarship null and void.
  6. Several scholarships are also offered by the St. Louis CCIM Chapter and St. Charles Commercial REALTORS®. Contact those respective organizations to learn more about their scholarships.
  7.  The application deadline is February 28 for the spring scholarship and September 30 for the fall scholarship.
