All new St. Louis REALTORS® members are required to complete the “Code of Ethics Course for New Members” and NAR Fair Haven 2.0 within 60 days of their enrollment (join) date. The same requirement applies to a previous member who has been inactive with St. Louis REALTORS® for more than one year. There is no substitute for these classes.
