Changes include: 

  • Incorporated consistent use of terms, definitions, and language
  • Repaired grammar such as punctuation, definitions, lowercase vs. capitalization
  • Repaired formatting such as line numbering, margins, fonts, and section spacing
  • Modified signature blocks for uniformity among all forms
  • Added initial and date to the footer of form pages
  • Modified the header's legal language and removed the commercial division logo
  • Eliminated reference to MLS in agency agreements
  • Modified commission language and added commissions' negotiable language in agency agreements
  • Incorporated state law agency disclosure requirements to agency agreements
  • Created two lease options, one with and without exhibits
  • Added lease exhibits as individual library items
  • Improved lease summary page to be more inclusive of negotiated items
  • Modified, named, and reordered lease exhibits
