St. Louis Commercial REALTORS® was formed in 1991 for REALTORS® specializing in office, industrial, retail, multi-family, investment, and other commercial disciplines. The Association provides premier professional development courses, the latest technology tools for commercial real estate practitioners, transaction forms, and programs on local market trends and developments. Most notably, REALTORS® advocate real estate-related legislative affairs locally, statewide, and nationally and commit to upholding a strong code of ethics in their practice.

Diamond-level Accreditation
To earn the National Association of REALTORS® Commercial Services Accreditation, an association must achieve the minimum twenty (20) required benchmarks. Each benchmark earns the association at least one point. Once an association meets the required benchmarks, your association will be recognized with a Gold-level Accreditation award after meeting an additional sixteen (16) optional benchmarks. Associations earning additional benchmarks will achieve higher-level awards.
- Gold Level: 16-35 benchmarks
- Platinum Level: 36-40 benchmarks
- Diamond Level: 41+ benchmarks
St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division earned Diamond-level Accreditation (previously known as 5-Star Accreditation), the highest honor, in 2019 and is recertified through 2025.
