The annual self-nomination and election of officers and directors for St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division is an open opportunity for commercial members interested in serving to nominate themselves to run for one of the open positions available. 

Individuals elected will begin their term on January 1, 2026.

*Note 1: To vote for Commercial Division leadership, you must be a member of the Commercial Division. Commercial Division members may also self-nominate and vote for St. Louis REALTORS® Leadership and NAR Directors.

*Note 2: To complete the self-nomination form, nominees must upload their biography (150 words max) and a professional headshot. St. Louis REALTORS® will feature the biography, headshot, and link to the completed application on the election web page.

To verify (or update) your email address, click "Member Login" at the top right of any webpage on our site. Log in using your NRDS number and password. In the middle of the page, there is a yellow box with your personal information—click "Edit Profile." Once on the new page, select "Internet Information" on the left sidebar. There, you may modify your email address under "Association Email." Commercial Board Election

The governing body of St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division shall be a board of directors comprised of members of the Division as follows: President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and six (6) REALTOR® members (serving 3-year staggered terms), immediate Past President of the Commercial Division, and President of St. Louis REALTORS®. The CEO of St. Louis REALTORS® shall be an ex-officio member. The Commercial Division President shall appoint two (2) ex-officio directors for a one (1) year term. The Board of Directors shall annually elect the Treasurer and President-Elect (who will automatically become President the following year).

Anyone interested in running for St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division Board must be a REALTOR® member in good standing of the Commercial Division of St. Louis REALTORS® and meet the criteria outlined in Article VII, Section 4 (Officers & Directors) of Commercial Division Bylaws.

The following positions are up for election in 2025:

  • Two (2) at-large REALTOR® Directors

Note: The President-Elect and Treasurer positions are directly elected by the Commercial Division Board. The President-Elect automatically becomes President following their year of service as President-Elect.

On July 30, 2025, eligible members of St. Louis REALTORS® will receive an email link from [email protected] directing them to their ballot. The election ends on August 20, 2025 (noon).
