Greater North County Chamber of Commerce 
The Greater North County Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary partnership of over 470 business and professional people working together to build a healthy economy and to improve the quality of life in the North County area. Community Builders Network of Metro St. Louis 
CBN was born September 29, 2011 at a meeting of over 30 community building nonprofits from across the St. Louis area. These pioneer members were looking for ways to support each other as peers and advocate for critical issues and policy with a shared voice—especially as federal and state dollars that support community building work continue to shrink.
CBN’s missions is to gather community leaders of all backgrounds to build engaged and equitable neighborhoods. They envision a St. Louis region where all people live in safe, economically strong, and vibrant neighborhoods and all community-based organizations are sustainable, supported, and valued.

Justine Petersen 
Justine PETERSEN is a St. Louis-based company that assists low-income individuals and families to develop, maintain and increase financial assets. The late Justine M. Petersen was a pioneer in implementing community reinvestment in St. Louis. As her legacy, Justine PETERSEN’s products and services are modeled after the plan Ms. Petersen created with local banks and community development organizations. Justine PETERSEN gives people opportunities to create new futures for themselves and their families by helping them become and stay homeowners, start and run successful businesses, access education, begin and manage personal savings programs.

Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) 
Missouri Housing Development Commission is dedicated to strengthening communities and the lives of Missourians through the financing, development and preservation of affordable housing. MHDC administers, and provides financing for, the construction of affordable housing. The Commission also provides funding for home loans to qualified, first-time buyers through a network of certified, private mortgage lenders.

The Municipal League of Metro St. Louis 
The Municipal League of Metro St. Louis is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, voluntary association of cities, villages, and county governments dedicated to improving the quality of life for area residents.
The Municipal League of Metro St. Louis, formerly the St. Louis County Municipal League, was founded in 1918 in order to:
- Provide a network for the municipal officials of St. Louis County and St. Louis City as a means to congregate, collaborate and educate
- Advocate for county, state and federal legislation that helps municipalities better serve their residents
- Improve the quality and efficacy of municipal governments in metro St. Louis through training, education, research and the promotion of best practices
With nearly 100 years in service to promoting stronger local government, the League is the official advocacy organization for municipalities in metro St. Louis. Members represent 98% of the population of St. Louis County and St. Louis City. The League general membership meets regularly throughout the year to discuss policies and form positions that promote effective government of local communities.

The St. Louis Mosaic Project is a regional initiative within the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and the World Trade Center St. Louis. Rebuilding Together St. Louis believes everyone deserves a safe and healthy home. SLACO (St. Louis Association of Community Organizations) 
St. Louis Association of Community Organizations, commonly known as SLACO by its friends, has been addressing a broad range of issues related to strengthening neighborhoods throughout its 40-year history. SLACO is a coalition of neighborhood associations in the metropolitan area. Each neighborhood group addresses the needs and concerns of its residents. While the depth and severity of problems facing neighborhoods vary, many challenges are shared by almost all of the neighborhoods.

Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri 
The Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri helps create a region that promotes and protects the viability of the building industry by serving its members, who strive to meet the housing needs of our neighbors. The HBA empowers members to succeed by working toward common sense building regulations, providing networking and educational opportunities, and using its power in numbers to keep the housing market strong. NAREB - Realtist of Metropolitan St. Louis 
NAREB works on behalf of real estate professionals and homebuyers to promote the highest standards of professional integrity. Additionally, they follow a strict code of real estate industry ethics that advocates for public policies that protect and expand sustainable homeownership with an emphasis on professional certifications and accreditations. NAREB also partners with other real estate trade groups, civil rights organizations, fair and equal housing advocates, and financial services institutions to make sustainable homeownership for African Americans and other minorities realizable.

The St. Louis Apartment Association was chartered in 1976 for the purpose of advancing the general welfare of the multifamily housing industry within the Metropolitan St. Louis area. Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) 
The Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals was established in 2011. Their mission is to increase sustainable homeownership, financial-literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities. While VAREP’s focus is on the active-military and veteran communities, their services are also offered to eligible low-to-moderate income (LMI) families. Their doors are open to all that want to realize the American Dream of homeownership.
