Position Description and Duties

2025 NAR Director

Qualifications & Performance Expectations – These were NEW in 2023. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with these requirements.

Director allocations are determined using a formula based on the NAR membership count as of July 31, 2025. The new formula allows state and local association allocations to be determined independently of each other. The director allocation for St. Louis REALTORS® in 2025 was three (3). St. Louis REALTORS® bylaws call for the current association President and President-elect each to fill any available director seats, with the remainder to be filled through an at-large election. It is anticipated that St. Louis REALTORS® will have one at-large position available in 2026, but this will not be determined until July 31, 2025.
