St. Louis REALTORS® has partnered with several real estate-related organizations to provide resources to assist members in day-to-day business. 

  • Easy Sales Meetings 
    • The Association has partnered with real estate author, broker, and 2022 Missouri REALTORS® president, John Mayfield, to offer brokers and managers customizable, ready-to-use sales meetings.
  • ODP Business Solutions 
    • The Association has partnered with Office Depot® to offer members discounts on certain products, including up to 50 percent off printing and copying services. Other discounts include office essentials, cleaning and breakroom solutions, furniture, and technology.
  • REALTOR Benefits® Program 
    • As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), agents have access to the NAR REALTOR Benefits® partners with select companies to create exclusive, customized offers that specifically help you save on solutions that boost your business and best serve your clients.
  • REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR)
    • Realtors Property Resource (RPR®) provides data, tools and property reports that can help you attract clients and close more deals.
  • Sellers Shield™
    • The Association has partnered with Sellers Shield™ to speed up the tedious process of completing property disclosure forms. Sellers Shield™ offers a free online platform that allows REALTORS® to quickly send up-to-date, approved disclosure forms to their clients, monitor the progress, and access electronically signed PDF versions of the completed documents.

  • FormsRus
    • St. Louis REALTORS® has partnered with formsRus to provide our members with an exclusive benefit! Members receive ten FREE signature requests per month when they use formsRus and can purchase additional unlimited signature requests for $12.99 a month or $99.00 for a year.
  • Sellers Shield™
    • St. Louis REALTORS® has partnered with Sellers Shield™ to speed up the tedious process of completing property disclosure forms.     • St. Louis REALTORS®, in collaboration with JKB Consulting Group, enrolled and serviced by Rock Bridge Insurance, offers members health insurance benefit packages specifically tailored for real estate agents.
  • Victor Insurance Manager Errors & Omissions
    • Victor Insurance Managers LLC is one of the largest and most experienced underwriting managers of specialty insurance programs in the world. As an NAR member, you have access to exclusive cost savings on market-leading errors & omissions insurance.

Legal Assistance

As a member of St. Louis REALTORS®, members have access to Missouri REALTORS® Legal Line and Legal Line Library. This FREE benefit allows members direct access to an experienced real estate attorney who can provide information on a variety of real estate law topics. Additionally, members have access to a comprehensive list of questions that have been asked in the past.

Multiple Listing Services (MARIS)

As a member of St. Louis REALTORS®, you have access to the MLS—your go-to resource for accurate, up-to-date property listings and market data.
