Members looking to get involved at the state level have a unique option: becoming a Missouri REALTOR® Director.
 
There are various opportunities for you to get involved at the State Association; one standout option is the chance to serve as a Missouri REALTOR® Director. Missouri REALTOR® Directors conduct the affairs and establish all policies of Missouri REALTORS®. The Board of Directors meetings are held annually during the three Missouri REALTORS® business conferences.
 
Not only does serving as a State Director allow you to contribute to your industry positively, but it also benefits you both professionally and personally!
 
 

Becoming a Missouri REALTOR® Director provides the chance to enhance leadership and business skills, cultivate industry connections, broaden your professional network with colleagues throughout the state of Missouri, and grants access to a wealth of pertinent industry information.

Each local board/association appoints a certain number of directors based on its membership count. St. Louis REALTORS® members seeking to serve as a Missouri REALTOR® Director must have previously served* as a St. Louis REALTORS® committee chair or vice-chair, served on at least two (2) separate committees, or served at least one (1) year as a St. Louis REALTORS® Director. A small stipend is provided to help defray the expense of in-person attendance at these meetings. The Executive Committee appoints the open director positions.

(*These criteria can be waived by the Executive Committee if there are more openings than candidates.)
