Our Mission
REALTOR® Housing Assistance Fund (RHAF) engages in philanthropic and community activities, positioning itself as a viable and visible contributor to St. Louis' quality of life. Since its inception over 30 years ago, RHAF has raised and donated more than $1.25 million to local organizations that share its mission.
RHAF Donation Tiers
All RHAF contributors (REALTORS® and non-sponsor companies) are featured on the Association's lobby television slideshow and are based on the amount the individual or company has donated within the following tiers:
Homemaker ($1,000+)
Key Holder ($500–$999)
Roof Raiser ($100–$499)
Next Door Neighbor ($25–$99)
Donations towards REALTOR® Housing Assistance Fund (RHAF) contribute to St. Louis's quality of life and help make the American dream of homeownership possible for all in the greater St. Louis area.

Our Story
In response to the growing concern in the region for our homeless and recognizing the natural link between that problem and the REALTOR® profession, the REALTOR® Housing Assistance Fund was established in 1989 by then St. Louis REALTORS® President Ellen O’Brien.
RHAF is a qualified, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization and a vehicle for St. Louis REALTORS® members to give back to their community and serve the area homeless. Since its inception over 30 years ago, RHAF has raised and donated more than $1.25 million to local organizations that share its mission.
