Partnership for Success Scholarship Program
Reimagining St. Louis

Partnership for Success Scholarship Program

St. Louis REALTORS®’ Partnership for Success Scholarship Program is designed to promote diversity of membership within St. Louis REALTORS® based on race, color, and national origin, in a manner intended to enhance the probability of long-term success in the real estate profession. In awarding scholarships, individuals who demonstrate a desire to serve historically underserved areas of St. Louis will receive higher priority. St. Louis REALTORS® and the community benefit when the organization reflects the composition of our region’s marketplace. The Partnership for Success Scholarship Program contributes to our membership’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The Partnership for Success Scholarship is a need-based scholarship specially designed to provide essential financial support to newly licensed REALTORS® within the first year of receiving their real estate license.

Scholarship Benefits:

  • Application fee for Missouri REALTORS® and St. Louis REALTORS® waived.
  • 12 months of REALTOR® member dues for St. Louis REALTORS®, Missouri REALTORS®, and
    National Association of REALTORS® waived.
  • Given one “Class Pass” (good for four (4) continuing education courses).
  • Application fee for the electronic key box program and six (6) months of key box subscriber
    fees waived.
  • Application fee for Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and six (6) months of MLS subscriber fees waived.

The application is structured intentionally to involve the responsible broker’s participation by including a section that asks them to explain how they train new agents to succeed within their company (e.g., education, one-on-one coaching, mentorship, etc.).

In addition to submission of an application, as part of the selection process, the candidate and the sponsoring broker must attend an interview with the Scholarship Subcommittee of the St. Louis REALTORS®’ Inclusion Advisory Group. Offers to interview are not guaranteed—candidates will be contacted, if selected, about setting up an interview date.

We ask the responsible broker to provide the Committee with a six (6) month progress report on their training to share the steps that have been taken to encourage their agent’s success.

We also ask scholarship recipients to serve on a St. Louis REALTORS® committee within three (3) years of their selection to the program.

These scholarships are made available through the generosity of our Founding Investor, Stifel Bank & Trust
