Supra Forms for Existing Members

REALTOR® or affiliate membership is required before applying for Supra services.

Electronic Keys

With the Supra eKEY® app, get efficient access and vital information.

Members load the eKEY® app on their smartphone to open keyboxes and transmit information to the SupraWEB data system. Only authorized keyholders can open a keybox. Every opening is documented in the keybox AND the secure SupraWEB database. Supra also provides more information on supported Android™ and iPhone® operating systems.

Two service levels are available. The eKEY Basic provides common keybox functions. The eKEY Professional service enhances basic capability with additional business tools such as MLS data stored on your phone (eliminating time-consuming, over-the-air searches), linking listings to maps, and creating real-time showing notes.

If you’re a REALTOR® from another association seeking access to St. Louis area keyboxes, St. Louis REALTORS® charges a $180 annual fee for non-member cooperating key service.

Electronic Keyboxes

The Supra iBox BT LE communicates directly with most phones or tablets via infrared (IR), Bluetooth® (BT), and Low-Energy Bluetooth (BT LE) technologies. Please note that iPhone and iPad devices released before the iPhone 4S require a small adapter to communicate with iBox BT LE keyboxes. You can check your phone's compatibility on the Compatible eKEY Device List.

Supra's IBox BT Le keyboxes are powered by a long-life lithium battery that rarely needs replacing. A red light on the front of the box indicates that the battery is active. This light will not display if the battery has failed. The box could also be defective if a keyholder cannot remove the shackle or key container. The Association facilitates a keybox exchange with Supra by sending the failed keybox to Supra. Supra will return the house key and a no-charge replacement box to the Association within 4–6 weeks.

• St. Louis REALTORS® sells new Supra iBox BT LE keyboxes to members for $150 each. Depending on availability, we also sell pre-owned/used boxes at $113 each. NOW THROUGH JUNE 20, YOU CAN PURCHASE A NEW SUPRA KEY BOX FOR $75. THAT’S 50% OFF! WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
• St. Louis REALTORS® purchases pre-owned electronic keyboxes for $50 each. AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT PURCHASING PRE-OWNED BOXES FROM MEMBERS.
  • The condition of the pre-owned boxes must be "like new." The Association will not buy keyboxes with writing, stickers, paint, dings, dents, or missing parts. Additionally, they must be clean and free of dust and dirt.
• St. Louis REALTORS® will reprogram keyboxes for members transferring from St. Louis REALTORS® to associations within our Supra regional partnership. The reprogramming fee is $15 per box for members transferring out of St. Louis. We will reprogram keyboxes for members transferring to St. Louis REALTORS® from a regional partnership association without a fee. We will not transfer boxes to or from associations outside our Supra regional partnership.
• When a member purchases an electronic keybox from another member, the member selling the box must notify the Association to transfer the box to the other individual.
• What to do in the case of a defective box.

SupraWEB

SupraWEB is the agent website that is available to all Supra keyholders. Real estate agents use SupraWEB to help manage their listing and showing information. Valuable showing data is accessible through SupraWEB so that agents can create reports for their clients, send updates about a particular listing to agents who recently showed that listing, or provide showing feedback.

Agents may use SupraWEB to receive automatic email notices (showing alerts) when a showing occurs at their listings.

Mobile SupraWEB is available from within the eKEY® software to view information while on the go.
