What is the Real Estate Mentorships Program?
This one-on-one mentorship program presented by St. Louis REALTORS® gives students and interested individuals training opportunities and exposure to the real estate industry. Mentees will take part in activities to gain an understanding of real estate fundamentals and the many career paths in the industry.
St. Louis REALTORS® is actively recruiting mentee volunteers for the 2026 Real Estate Mentorships Program, designed and developed to drive inclusivity in the real estate industry. Please email [email protected] with questions about the program.
Who should apply to be a mentee?
Students, individuals new to the industry, and anyone (18+ years old) interested in understanding real estate fundamentals and gaining insight into possible career paths within the industry. No real estate license is required!

Why should I apply?
Mentees will receive exposure to several different disciplines in the industry, while also learning about the wealth-building benefits of property ownership. As part of the mentorship, mentees will have the chance to explore various career paths, entrepreneurial opportunities, and be mentored by some of the absolute best in our area.
